When merchandise is determined to be defective, We will replace or repair if returned to us transportation charges prepaid. Our liability under all warranties, express or implied, shall be limited to the replacement or repair of defective merchandise. However, we reserve the right to refuse products that show excessive wear or damage resulting from accident, misuse, alteration, or abuse.
